Lucy Adams – CEO
DISRUPTIVE HR was created by Lucy Adams who has held Board level HR roles for over 10 years, most recently at the BBC. Combining strategic and operational HR expertise with a fresh but practical approach, she aims to put the “human” back into Human Resources.
Karen Moran – Director
Karen has over 20 years of diverse HR expertise and spans start-ups through to established sectors such as telecoms, professional services and media. Karen has extensive hands-on experience of leading and implementing fresh thinking HR initiatives.
Helen Young – Operations
Helen is the glue that keeps Disruptive HR together – we’re not joking! Helen manages all the business operations from client liaison to getting our bills paid and everything in between. Before joining Disruptive HR, Helen held HR administrative roles in media, professional services, property and telecoms.
Sunayana Singh – Research & Development
Sun’s superbly honed research and development skills are one of the reasons we are able to bring you the very latest trends in HR and leadership. Before joining Disruptive HR, Sun held a number of generalist HR roles in London and now works for us from her pad in Madrid.
Bob Powell – Technical Director
From the award-winning comms agency Firehouse, Bob does all the clever tech stuff to get the Club content online. He films, records, edits, and makes our ideas into things you actually want to watch and listen to!
Kate Williams – Marketing
From her fab and busy agency KW Marketing, Kate helps us to let our clients know what we’re up to. She helps to build our brand and our profile on social media and to market Disruptive HR content to anyone who might be interested!
