What a great day discussing 'Delivering HR Differently' with Lucy, Karen and other HR professionals! Having time and space to explore the importance of creating an employee experience which aligns with your business was really insightful. The questions; 'What's the promise you make to your customers?' AND 'Does this reflect in how you make your employees feel?' have been my biggest takeaways from the day (although I do have a whole list of them!) Would definitely recommend this day if you're looking to shake-up your thinking and approach to HR or if you're already on that journey, hear what other companies are doing. #UpYourHRgame
